The Ranger Blueprint: What It Is and Who It Is For

I went through RASP and served as an infantryman in 1st Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment. The Ranger Blueprint is the coaching program I built afterward for guys preparing for special operations selection. I coach candidates going to RASP, SFAS, BUD/S, MARSOC A&S, Air Force Special Warfare, and several foreign SOF pipelines. Different courses, different standards, same four things that decide who gets selected. This page covers what those four things are, why the physical piece gets more credit than it deserves, and how preparation should be structured depending on which course you are headed to.
